Development Professionals International
Development Professionals International (DPI) is a woman-owned small business with a growing record of successful performance on USAID rule of law and public sector integrity programs. Led by Natalija Stamenkovic, a rule of law expert and former USAID official, DPI was Tetra Tech’s protégé under the USAID mentor-protégé program. DPI has joined with Tetra Tech in implementing programs in Côte d’Ivoire, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Myanmar, and other locations. www.developmentpi.com/.
Up2Date Consulting is a Palestinian firm based in Ramallah, West Bank, and was founded by several former Tetra Tech employees. Up2Date provides a broad range of development and consulting services and has served as a partner on Tetra Tech’s State Department-funded Justice Sector Assistance Project in the West Bank. www.up2date.ps.
Collaboration with Community Organizations
Tetra Tech and its employees strive to give back to the community where we live and work while simultaneously benefitting from the capacity and expertise of these local organizations. We have entered into cooperative arrangements with these organizations from our community:
Upwardly Global has an office in San Francisco and supports immigrant professionals with professional networking and career support. Tetra Tech staff collaborate with Upwardly Global in events such as mock interview workshops and networking. More than 10 former or current Tetra Tech employees were referred by Upwardly Global. www.upwardlyglobal.org
Community Boards is a San Francisco-based non-profit that provides affordable, multi-lingual, culturally sensitive conflict resolution services. Its certified mediators help facilitate sustainable resolution of disputes among neighbors, in the workplace, between businesses, and youth and family disputes. Tetra Tech staff members haved served as mediators for Community Boards and Tetra Tech has provided financial support. In turn, Community Boards has provided conflict resolution training to Tetra Tech staff. www.communityboards.org
